Our ACE rotational program offers motivated recent college graduates the ability to build a solid foundation for a successful career by experiencing high-impact, challenging rotational assignments. Over the course of 2-3 years, you’ll have the unique opportunity to gain both cross-functional and cross-business unit experience through 12-18-month assignments. One rotation will be in a commercial (marketing/sales) role and one will be in an operational (manufacturing/supply chain) role.

“I’ve lived most of my life in the Midwest so moving to southern California has been exciting but also a growing experience. I love how the program brings you out of your comfort zone both professionally and personally. In the few months that I’ve been working as an ACE employee, I’ve learned so much about the inner workings of a business. In my role, I have high impact projects in supply chain, distribution, and even a project learning how to manufacture a brand new type of product. “The ACE program has definitely been one of my most significant learning experiences. I’ve been thrown head first into difficult situations where I was required to think on my feet, and I am consistently challenged. I also have a lot of mentors with whom I am comfortable going to anytime I need any sort of advice, from something as simple as how to approach a certain person to how to go about pursuing learning a particular skill. As a matter of fact, to this day, I still have one-on-ones and receive advice from the person who gave me my very first interview a year ago while I was still in college. Masco recruits from a variety of different colleges and universities across the United States. The recruitment period is initiated in the early fall for positions beginning the following summer (July). All candidates should apply online on our website.
